I had paid all my airtel landline bills and had requested for disconnection of my landline. Here are the cancellation details : CANCELLATION REQUEST NO. : 41063032 I don't understand why I am being harassed by airtel now. I was informed that my connection will be cancelled within 7 days and I had opened the cancellation request in November 2013. Kindly stop harassing me with any further emails. Also I tried to make payment for the landline for the amount you quoted in the email and it shows incorrect number in your database (attached is a snapshot) when I try to make the payment which shows that the number has been cancelled. Hence stop harassing me for no reason or else I would have to take strict actions.
