[Resolved]  Airtel — Fixed line service installation pending

I had applied for an airtel landline about 3 weeks back, i was promised that post the submission of all the documents in 24 hours the installation will be done. I am still waiting! I have called and requested, reasoned, pleaded, yelled and still the installation has not been done.

Random people have called and promised to get in done, but i am still waiting... The so called service executive are so pathetic and have not an iota of a clue as to how to speak with a customer. The last time i called (28th may at about 6 pm), i was put on hold and i could hear those women say, "just cut the call". What the hell is this?!

I am not seeking charity, i am paying for the services and this is how i am treated? The other day (22nd may), the lady calls and tells me because i on the basic plan i need to wait, which i have, and long enough but how much longer?!

For all this i have been an airtel loyalist, with atleast 20 connections at work and at home. I am appalled and disgusted! I plan to get all my airtel connections either ported out or changed! Shame on you guys!!
