[Resolved] Airtel — Fraud!!! deduction of 3g data and main balance of 200 in 2 minutes | |||
I am really angry with Airtel service. I made a 3G data recharge of 1 GB (500 3g+500 2g) on Wednesday on 11/9/14 at 6.25 pm. Next day on Thursday when phone was in standby I received a message at 6.48 pm that my whole datapack has been and now my main balance would be deducted. I saw this message 2 minutes later and when I put off my 3G I noticed my complete main balance was deducted that was Rs. 200. I was shocked and it was unbelievable. I have not used enough data I know for sure after the recharge, but even if I believe that you people charge Rs. 200 for 3G access in 2 minutes that too in stand by mode.. Come on.. Stop cheating people like this.. This is fraud!!! Complete Fraud!!! I called the customer care and talked to senior customer care executive Mr. Vijay Kumar after that but he did not believe me and told me that I have used the data and he cant make a refund... What sort of service is this.. Cheating your customers and behaving rudely after that.. I am going to port my no. very soon.. And I wont ever use any of the Airtel services.. They are cheaters!!!
