[Resolved]  Airtel — Fraud service... not install new connection

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001

I had applied for home internet connection on 3 march and paid 1000 rupee to Mr. Sameer (Airtel sales guy- [protected]), he promised me that the connection will be install at my place on friday 4th march till 5 pm, but till yet not installed.

After submitting the document on 3 march to Sameer I got the confirmation msg on the same day..

Installation order[protected]

I called him 1000 times but he didn't pick my called... then he received the call today (5 march ) at 5.30 and told me that a guy will installed the connection within next half an hour but as same he lied to me ... no body has come and i know will not... I need such jerk to be fired...

You(Airtel) are sucks... Bloddy hell with your sales guys...

Neither Sameer nor his manager (Piyush - [protected]) picked the call.. They both are fraud... they are making fool the customer...

As per my complaint and your reply I would like to ask you one thing Have you contact those Numbers I have mentioned on the complaint?

I didn't get any call from Sameer (Airtel sales guy- [protected]) and from Piyush - [protected] yet.

You just response that you are working to address your concern as soon as possible and will get more details if you required.???

Are you kidding me, I have mentioned that fool sales guy name with number, my Installation order number[protected], Account number - [protected], so then what more information you need to solve this issue.

I think you are also not able to solve the issue? Should I need to go consumer court because after Thursday I didn't get any reply from Sameer who came to my office within half an hour to collect the money on Thursday(3 March) . You guys are gold dicker, you just need money that's it. Do you realize what customer means?
