[Resolved]  Airtel — Fraudulent Activity Airtel scamming people of India

This is Jayesh Porwal Mobile number [protected] service provider Airtel. Its just 2 Months i have ported my number to Airtel. In 2 months i have faced many problems like unnecessary Balance Deduction and false information provided by customer service on customer care number 121 because of which I have suffered lot . Let me come to the point on 20th August 2014 evening between 5.30 pm on to 6.30 pm I called 121 customer care in order to activate my Internet pack of 154 Rupees executive said it's been activated by his side but it was commitment given to me as he said in 15 minutes Internet pack would be activated and when I started using my Internet service on the phone the next day the data charges were been deducted from my main balance were in it should have been deducted from my Internet pack . My actual allowance that I was suppose to receive in my Internet pack was 1.5 GB this was an inconvenience caused to me because of the Internet pack not been activated by the service provider . Also I always used 2G Internet an the recharge I did was for 2G Internet pack but the balance that was deducted was for 3G service . Please find attached of a unnecessary deduction screen shot of the data I have used and how much I was been charged for it. So as a unhappy customer I would be taking legal action against my service provider for the inconvenience caused to me. GOVRRNMENT (TRAI) should take initiative to ban companies like Bharti airtel ltd . Doing bussiness in india. Its not just me but if airtel is deducting atleast 1 rupee from each of there customer think how much money they make in few minutes.
