Airtel — Frequent network failure and poor service | |
I am using Airtel Prepaid number [protected] here at Kolkata and i am experiencing frequent network issues. Most of the times there is not signal at all and at other times the signal is very weak. I have raised several complaints with the customer care team but they don't have the courtesy to give any updates of the issue. They perfectly live up to the image of been unprofessional just as their company is. If airtel thinks the customers can be bullied like this to buy their much publicized low grade 4G network then i feel they are all set to loose a lot of customers in the future, because they don't have the infrastructure to support this stuff( This is still in India and not a western country after all !! So we don't even expect the moon.) So if someone reading this bothers to give a call and fix up this issue that will be great else its time to change subscriber. Was this information helpful? | |
