[Resolved] Airtel — Got threatening call from airtel executive | |||
I hv disconnected my airtel broadband connection almost 2 months before.executive said "humara executive ake payments collect karke jayega." No one arrived. After almost 2 months i got a call from airtel executive from [protected]. She send an executive to collect the bill without any documents.so i said pls bring the bill and reciept and i'll pay the amount. She got angry and told me"ab aapne jis numbers pe call ki hei un numbers pe call karke sabko bolungi k inhone bill pay nahi kiya hei and he is a froud...and she called 3 persons of my contact and said them that "iss person ne fraud kiya hei"... Regarding this threatening and inconvinience to my contact persons i want to register this complaint... Just let me know how can i give payment to anyone if he doesnt hv the bill and reciept to give... and is that the right way to treat ur customers...? Was this information helpful? | |||
