Airtel — Haven't refunded money for 6 months | |
I have to receive a refund of Rs.1591.53 from Airtel, and it has been over 6 months and I still haven't got the refund. Thrice, in writing they have confirmed that the money will be deposited to my account. But whenever I follow up after their deadline they again give another deadline and another false promise, and make up some reason, why the money couldn't be transferred. Each time they find some document which I need to submit to get the refund. Finally when I submit it they promise to repay the amount and again don't pay the refund.
The complaint number is 700690392508041226418.
I have wasted so much time and energy fighting with Airtel over the refund. Please help me sue Airtel legally for harassment and fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
