[Resolved] Airtel — Huge deductions from my mobile account | |||
Dear Airtel I, I am not sure how much money you are deducting from prepaid customers.I have to reload my account almost every 3-4 days with 200rs for just making some local call to mobiles.My mobile number [protected].Whenever I call the call center guys say you are using internet.I use seperate package for internet.if by any chance my internet account go out of credit immediately youl wipe my full amount without any intimation or any of that sort.Complained 100 times.no response.Please just check my recharge history this month(March 2015) atleast and just see how many calls I made and how many times I recharged .Please do necessary action immediately and give my money back.
