[Resolved] Airtel — I am complaining about balance refund

Sir
My name is rajiv sharma and i am airtel's costumer long time. Previous day on date[protected] time 10.30 pm approx a 11 rs approx balance deducted in my account after that rs 31 remain. Today on date[protected] rs 25 also deducted. A massage received me that this balance was deducted of internate using though net data is also in my account yet

So sir please refund my rs 35 amount in my account. When i have internet data so why company deducted my main account balance
