Airtel — In Roaming Outgoing Service Unavailable

I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I have select manual network selection as Airtel. I am really fed up with this kind of poor services from airtel
