Airtel — Inability to charge online prepaid mobile [protected] | |||
Converted my airtel mobile [protected] from post-paid to prepaid on 11.03.15 at Airtel Relationship centre at Lokhandwala, Andheri (w), Mumbai 400053. After that tried to recharge my mobile online but their system keeps saying, "Please enter 10 digit airtel prepaid number to proceed further. The Lokhandwala centre staff, though nice to speak with are of least help to resolve this matter. Till date I'm not able to recharge online. When I complained on line they say that it is resolved. It is not true because I'm still here unable to recharge onlne. My every attempt ends up with the system saying the same thing (mentioned above) again and again.
