Airtel — Incorrect bill and usage calculation and misleading information

Hi, I have got bill of 3043.82Rs for apr8 to may 7 period. As per my corporate I have 1GB free 2G usage. However since 2G is slow I activated 3G for 250Rs per month. Last month since 3G limit was over and smart bytes were highly charged I decided to use my default 2G service upto 1GB. 1) Incorrect plan applied -- They activated it for only 512Mb -- I am supposed to get 1GB as per the plan no matter which date I use. Do they reduce rental i[censored] switch off your cell or their poor service sometimes ? 2) No account usage details are provided -- Since in this postpaid service we don't get each and every detail what we use and how its recharged as we go ; I noticed large amount o[censored]nbilled amount getting accumulated in my account after activation of 2G. When I contacted 121 care and asked the reason whats causing this huge amount each day they said they don't have access to such information and I need to contact only after bill generation.. I am bewildered as the support people who are supposed to give your usage statistics just referring to server on request of customer say vague things like they cant do it..Then who can see statistics data if not customer and even customer service agents? As unbilled was growing each day and was reaching credit limit I asked them to at least increase credit limit.They wouldn't do it.. They have policy that once you reach your credit limit you need to pay that amount in advance so that to keep your outgoing services active .. a. They don't want to respond to account balance unbilled related concern from customers b.But they want advance payment even though mistake is at their end. However they increased my credit limit from 1700Rs to 2500Rs 3. Incorrect usage notification from server -- I kept checking my datause by sending specific msg code reserved and also set my data limit so that my usage doesn't cross the limit .They said 512.. Till last day of billing cycle I got msg response mentioning I have consumed only 385Mb of 512Mb of built in data. And my android device doesn't show that I have crossed that limit of 512Mb. Lets say device app is not 100% accurate but its nearly accurate .Its simply impossible that I have used 250Mb more that the set limit. Then also in the bill its mentioned that I have used around 765Mb which is 240Mb approx. more than 512Mb so I have been charged in Thousands and its valid. How its valid I wonder.! I pay for 3G services differently and I should be allowed to use my data limit. Leave that at least inform the customers correctly about their usages as everything gets stored in database and its not rocket science to learn to see that info or security breach as its customer who is asking that information for his sake as you don't have proper automated self service to view that info customer himself. 4. Incomplete information in bill -- Every month I used to get itemized bill mailed to me or I can check it from airtel site. However this month they have removed session wise data usage details which would help customer to argue in disputes. They have directly shown that I have used 934Mb of 3G data(its shocking that they have charged extra for this also saying I used more than the limit. I always learnt in school that 934
