Airtel — Incorrect-Billing | |||
Hi, My name if Chandramouli I was a Airtel broadband customer for more than 8 years. My landline number was [protected]. I cancelled the Airtel connection 6 months before and I firmly said I don¿t need the connection any more. Airtel customer care executives placed my line in safe custody without my approval. In the month of January'15 without my concern, they activated the line and generated a bill for 1213. I had given standing instruction with my AMEX card. This amount was paid inadvertently because I never received any service from Airtel When I request to process a refund of 1, 213, they claim that the bill was correct and they cannot process the refund.
