There has been no contact with me since the complaint is raised. An detailed email is sent to Airtel.presence, Airtel Nodal officer, some manager name Imran Khan and Airtel support, but all are deaf ears.
With addition to that I get an email from airtel asking me to pay the entire amount, without giving me the explanation of the charges, There are charges each month for 400+ which says as One time, but bills every month. No clarity on the 3G charges inspite of no 3G connection in my area as informed by Nodal officer too. I am planning to approach Consumer Court on this, can anyone guide me to that.
