Airtel India — Balance deduction with funny reasons

My self shaik. Sayyad baji, my mobile number [protected]. I' m using Airtel from 4 years recently I ported from Chennai circle airtel to Andhra Pradesh Airtel circle. I did recharge for 200 rupees full talk time and my Airtel shown me that I have 50MB 2G data and I used only 2G data. There is no intimation to me they deduducted my balance from 163 rupees to 33 rupees. And I call to customer care @9:10PM I didn't get any solution and that to he is speaking against me. I need resolution as soon as possible.
