Airtel India — Poor network connection | |||
I'm raising complaint with Airtlel which is from Past 6 months which has not been resolved till now, when I raise the ticket after 3 days the ticket is closed stating resolved. I never received a call for the confirmation that the issue is fixed or asking anything about the complaint raised. I reach customer care through there toll free number, through E-mail, reaching out the Nodal officer for my raised queries, till now no one turned up. Requesting consumer court to take serious action against Airtel India for such fake new and improper updates. Was this information helpful? | |||
