[Resolved] Airtel — Installation payment not received | |||
Costomer id :[protected] Seeking a new broadband connection I applied online, in a matter of few minutes I got a call from airtel and they said they will come over to collect the id proof and photograph.theycame as promised took 1000 Rs installation charges plus 100 for servise charges and said they dint have confirmation slip with them so the representative gave me his phone no. and left. I got the connection and a month later with the bill I got the installation charges not paid. Airtel complaint cell have taken my complaint two times but they are saying they have not received any payment. On calling that person who collected money he is telling that the website there is some network issue Was this information helpful? | |||
