Airtel — Internet Usage being charged more | |||
Hi My name is Yuvaraj Kamalay. I have been using Airtel postpaid connection from past 4 years and have been airtel subscriber from past 10 years. From my past bill, I have been charged 100 rs extra stating that I have used 530 mb of data. I have requested Airtel to explain me As per the bill, it shows that on 30th itself I have crossed 500 mb, where as when I sent sms as"3G USE " to Airtel "121" number, I have received the reply as I have used 495 MB of data out of 500 mb. I have stopped using the internet from 2 Oct to 8 Oct just to avoid any surprise usages. As I expected when I called customer is unable to explain the details and the respective person continuously saying that I have used extra data in a very arrogant tone.I have asked his name, he said he won't tell e his name and he will not transfer the call to his supervisor also. It's fine If I have used it really, but I am 100% confident based on the airtel messages that I have received before bill generation, I have not passed 500 mb of data. This may be very silly question here. But the way customer service team treats its customers highly disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||
