[Resolved]  Airtel — Invoice discrepancy_reference number [protected]

My airtel invoice come to rs. 3576/- for the month of july 2016 - august 2016 cycle. When verified it comes to my notice that they have not applied the rs. 200/- booster plan for 1 gb data to my invoice which i had activated in december and charged me per kb basis. Each time i have new version from the phone banking officer. Once they even agreed their fault and said they will call back but have not bothered to. Today when i talk to airtel i hear a new version that i have activated my booster just for 6 months. Which is an absolute lie. And in any case if they are discontinuing my booster plan based on your assumptions you should inform me by call or sms before you start charging me on per kb basis none of which has happened. Until july 27th my data has been charged as per the booster plan and after that you have charged as per the actual usage. My number was disconnected in between when i was upset for a previous months invoice discrepancy and instead of settling that they just comfortably disconnected my number. After reactivating my number you have not applied the booster plan. Each time the phone banking officer is clueless and gives random answers and newer versions just to prove that the bill is valid. They even just messaged saying' your charges are valid" when they had assured a call back.
Please note i have called over several times to airtel and every time the floor manager says he will call back but there has never been a call. They even have the audacity to tell me that they are unable to reach me. So if you are unable to reach me whose fault is it.
