[Resolved] Airtel — Irrelevant balance deduction

Hello sir
I am using airtel prepaid network in delhi
Today i was using internet with active net pack on my phone and my main balance account got deducted.
2 days back also same thing happend...Inspite of active 4g pack why you all are deducting money from my account
Why you guys are cheating customers.
Please recredit my balance..
