Applied for landline connection in dwarka sector 9 with salesperson from Airtel; paid Rs.1000 as initial installment. Neither did they reply or fix and later on enquiry, they say its disconnected due to unavailability. no refund has been made in spite of repeated attempts. Oct 28, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I requested to [email protected] and also wrote on the Airtel facebook page and consumer complaint website to which they responded both online and also through phone. I gave the detail of my complaint and so they said they would act upon in the specified date (today) to which as customer care agent came to my doorstep to deliver the refund.
However I wish, these services were done from the beginning itself to avoid such confusion but nevertheless thankful that they did. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Glad to say that the refund was made at my home this morning. Want to thank Airtel Customer Care for rendering their help and promptly acting upon this case after I placed my request on FB, email as well. I hope you will be able to resolve many cases further on these issues and probably this hassle of not repeating these concerns again.
