Airtel — Less talk time credited after recharge | |||
Hi, My phone number is [protected]. I did a recharge of Rs.90 on[protected]. In Airtel App it showed that for recharge of Rs.90 i would get Rs.90, but i got only 77 Rs. credited. I called the customer care they mentioned that the value for recharge of 90 is 77 only and it is effective from today so it was not updated in the App. But due to their mistake why should i suffer a loss. If its not updated in App then the new changes shouldn't be applied till then. I have attached the screen shot of the App, saying clearly that Rs.90 recharge credits Rs.90.
