Airtel — Loaded cash debited from my account but not credited to my airtel money account | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have made attempting loading cash to my airtel money account through net banking. It as been unfortunate that i have been debited from my net banking but it as not been credited to my airtel money cash. Also i have experienced failed attempts many time loading cash to my number [protected]. PLEASE resolve my problem, and credit my sum back to my net banking as soon as possible.
