DEAR SIR, MY NAME IS ABHISHEK PANDEY AND MY AIRTEL NO. [protected] WHICH IS HAVING A MAIN ACCOUNT OF RS 55 AND 80 MB 3G DATA ON DATE 02/05/2015. ON THE SAME DAY AT 3 PM WHILE I WAS SURFING INTERNET AFTER THAT WHEN I HAVE COMPLETED MY WORK I JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE FOUND THAT IT WAS RS 00.001 AT HAVING MY DATA PACK REMAINING WITH 5 MB AND THEN I COMPLAINT IT TO 198 COSTUMER CARE NO OF AIRTEL THEY ARE SAYING WE CANN'T DO ANY THING IN THIS MATTER. PLEASE HELP ME I'AM A STUDENT AND THESE SERVICE PROVIDER ARE DOING THINGS LIKE THAT. I THERE IS MY DATA REMAINING FIRST UTILISE THAT AND AFTER THAT THEY HAVE TO DISCONNECT MY DATA CONNECTIVITY SO THAT MY MAIN BALANCE IS NOT TO BE DEDUCTED. PLEASE SIR HELP ME.
