Airtel — Making fool from last 20 days even in providing a new connection | |||||
I want a new broadband connection and i am being following up from last 15 20 days. I have talked to Airtel customer care executive which is as hard to reach as God. He told me i will get the connection on the same day but these people are hopeless as forget about connection i have not even received any call stating the reason for delay or any follow up. I think Airtel is so complacent about their customer base that they dont want any new customers. I would suggest everyone not to use Airtel or go for it. As small players like Nextra and all atleast listen to their customers, much better than Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear sir as i have mentioned this in the issue i faced, i am not a existing Airtel customer but is looking to get a new broadband connection from Airtel.
