sir, i had done a minute pack on 15 /10/2014 which i saw at my mobile, that was in 38 rupees =80 minutes for 30 days, but when i activated it, i rechived msg about it that i got 60 minutes, valid for 5 days only.
than i called customer care too much time and told them, they told me that after 24 hours it will be updated.than after finishing day 19/10/2014, all minutes are finished, and i did not get extra 24 days vallidity and 20 minutes.than they blocked my number to calling free customer care. i have lossed my 38 rupees, please help me sir, pls...
