[Resolved] Airtel — Misbehave and deduction of amount in unethical way | |||
Today morning(25.11.2014) when I called regarding excess amount deduction of my call first I was not attended by the customer care member her behaviour was rude when I got irritated with her then I asked for somebody else to help me resolve my problem however she transferred to on another girl Geeta called herself floor supervisor probably she was also least interested as she was going mute sometimes.Both of them claims that they sent update that my sim card validity is over 15 days back which I kept telling I haven't received, then after telling that if they won't help me then I will give their call record to consumer grievance Geeta told she will transfer the call to manager however that never happened and I lost money in talking to the Cs team of airtel also they charge 50p per min.and the call lasted for 16 min.as they were putting me on hold every time atleast 8 min I wasted on holding only.I have their call record as well but there is no option here to attach.
