Airtel — Misbehavior of employee in the airtel gallery

On 30th Nov 2015 one of the employee who is working in Airtel Gallery, Viman Nagar, Pune, He not only provide me wrong information, also did misbehaviour with me in the gallery. When I told him I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain.


Note : I will disclose the name of employee after receiving call form Airtel.

On 4th jan 2018 one of the employee who is working in Airtel Gallery, shanti Nagar, Andheri East, she not only provide me wrong information, also did misbehaviour with me in the gallery. When I told her I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain. Very bad service in this gallery ...her name is minakshi ...
I bought one Airtel Sim from the shop and that shop is saying me that your sim will start working after 3-4 days, but now after 12 days till sim is not working... whenever i contacted to shop they repeatedly say me it will start tomorrow ...that tomorrow never comes..some Praveen from Aurangabad, Bihar, pin-824101 of Airtel office is saying me that I have another important work to do I don't have time to do this ...now what to do...
I genuinely ask Airtel company why they are giving their sim to such employee who can't let them make their market ...very disappointing bheaviour from Airtel...I learn never ever buy any service of Airtel ...and never let anyone know to buy Airtel because it's the worst service provider in Telecom industry
I had visited Airtel Tilak road, Pune City showroom today at 20 May 2021 approx time to 10:35 am to pay my friend's bill.

Post payment of bill I found a place to sit and send message about bill payment to my friend.

Next to me was the office boy/door keeper about 2 feet away and two chairs near him. Ideally atleast 3 feet distance is to be maintained yet the showroom doesn't have much space at all.

To maintain social distancing in the above mentioned showroom I was siting in another chair and not next to the door keeper.

Theirafter office boy/door keeper picked both chairs near him and stacked at other place.

Your company's manager Mr Jai was passing by and instructed office boy/door keeper to tell me 'get up & leave'.

When I was about to leave, the said office boy/door keeper followed instructions of his manager and asked me to leave as, I was sitting on chair where he mentioned it to click photographs of customers. Their was no sign board nor labels for the same on this chair or near by.

This offended me for sure as I was not sitting their for leisure. When questioned about this to Airtel showroom employees they said I should not sit their and I'm wrong. It's ironic isn't it.

Note: No one informed me in advance about this chair is not for customers other than the ones taking pictures.

Secondly, until the payment was made all of your staff was good and once your manager instructed and went out, they started taking his side and proving me wrong.

Your Airtel showroom staff are not aware of social distancing norms ? As the showroom Manager Mr Jai expected me to sit in another chair next to office boy/door keeper in close proximity ?

It's an insulting experience for sure and your company should make sure your employees like Mr Jai should have proper manners to treat your companies customers also should follow social distancing norms !

Henceforth, I will be sure I will not buy anything from your 'Airtel' company as, it's seen you can't value people then it makes no sense to value your company either !

I hope this platform takes appropriate steps than following procedures to contact me and then find out and put up a fake show to close this issue.
