[Resolved] Airtel — Misbehaviour by Airtel Staff | |||
Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform that I had lodged a complaint regarding my airtel no[protected] in thae name of Shri Bharat Bhusan Rattanpaul on 7th March 2015.The complain was that any calls received from BSNL from Jammu & Kashmir could not be connected and the message received by the caller was that my mobile was switched off.Whereas airtel callers could easily connect with me.The complain id is 60655265 registered on date 7th March 2015. I have received 3 to 4 calls from your office regarding this complaint yet it has not been resolved till now. Today I received a call from a lady working in Airtel regarding this complaint at around 11:50 AM. The phone no. was[protected].She did not respond to me in a proper way.Iwas giving the details regarding the a complaint but she spoke to me in a loud manner and said that if I wish to resolve the problem I speak propery and disconnected the phone from her end .She misbehaved and the language used by her was inappropriate. Is this the way your staff members attend to the grievances of the customers? I am the Deputy General Manager & Circle Head o[censored]CO Bank and have an experience of more than 35 years in the service sector. I have never spoken to my customers in such a way and have given strict instruction to all my staff members to deal with our customers in a courteous way.Such a kind of misbehavior from your staff is not acceptable.Therefore I request you to take a strict action against this lady and inform me about the steps taken in this case as early as possible. This is to inform that a we have an airtel connection in our Zonal as well as Circle Office.Also my staff members have been given Airtel postpaid connection for office use. If no initiative is taken in this respect at the earliest I will be bound to disable all Airtel connection in my office. Further a circular shall be issued stating that Airtel connection is not installed at any of our office as the customer service provided by you is not upto the mark.
