[Resolved] Airtel — Misguidance by Airtel Customer Care about 3G pack | |||
Hi, This is Sanjeev Singla from Panchkula, Haryana. I have an airtel postpaid connection with 2G pack activated for 6 months. I called airtel customer care on Oct 14, 2014 to enquire about 3G pack in Panchkula and they told me its available there so I asked them to discontinue my 2G pack and activate 3G pack. They did it. But from then I have never been able to access 3G on my phone, it always show 2G connection. But in the bill, they have charged me for both 2G and 3G. When I called them again they said 3G is not available in Panchkula. I felt cheated and annoyed. They only sms me complaint numbers rather than solving my issue. I expect someone more responsible from Airtel team would look into this issue and try to resolve it rather than making false promises.
