Airtel — Misguided by Airtel service specialist | |||
On Jan 13th 2015, I had received a mail with attachment from Airtel service specialist that I will be getting 1gb free 3g data, But when the bill came, they refused my complaint saying that there was no such 1gb plan activated in your no. Can somebody help me lodging a complaint against airtel, when their service specialist are even misguiding and befooling customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
