[Resolved] Airtel — Misguiding through recharge website | |||||
I have an airtel prepaid mobile number on gujarat region. It showed in their website that for Rs57 i get a benefit of local A2A 1000mins for 28 days. I recharged with Rs 57 and dialed a local airtel number, my main balance got deducted instead of the minutes. So i called the customer care and they told me that the offer is only for night calling, but this is not mentioned in their website so i asked them about the solution they just refunded my money and i had to waste half an hour talking to them.Even they sent me a message about the recharge but still nothing about night calling was mentioned. They just refunded my money and i am not satisfied with it. So next time be carefull while recharging, double check the offers with them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
