Airtel — Misinformation by the companies customer care leading to higher bill amount | |||
I was offered a free data bundle pack of 1GB for 2months. I was informed by the customer care executives of Airtel that the 1 GB monthly data services pack will be automatically continued on my number which will have a monthly rental of Rs250. But when the free bundle got over, the company started applying 0 rental data charges on my number without informing me which lead to an unexpectedly high bill of Rs3444. Had the original Rs250 pack been continued, the bill amount wouldn't have crossed Rs1000 approx. Now, in spite of constant reminders to airtel and also having a word with the senior most executives of airtel delhi- Mr. Pronobeshya, Mr. Samrinder, the issue is not being resolved and there is no response from airtel despite their promise of responding within 48hrs.
