[Resolved] Airtel - Mobile — Non - disconnection of my mobile [protected] & Mental Harressment of my old parents | |||
I want to raise a complaint about Airtel not dis-connecting my mobile [protected] in spite of several calls made to them . I have moved out of India in July 2014 and have not been using the phone August 2014. I have made several call to Airtel to disconnect my phone however they still keep sending monthly bills to my house in which my parents are residing. My father has also told them that it needs and has to be disconnected however at times they/ touts call my old father (80+ years) and force him to keep paying the bill. This is a formal complaint against Airtel mobile to disconnect my number immediately and STOP haressing my old parents.
