Airtel — money disappears from my account without my concern . | |
dear sir/mam,
i, rashmi joshi, have been using Airtel prepaid sim in my mobile- [protected], for the last one year. i have recharged it on 01 june 15 with rs. 300. After that i could made only two local call and there is no money in my account now. i don't known where my money has gone. please help me as this has happened with me before also.
i want my money back in my account n the assurance from Airtel that they will not use my money without my audio concern.
