Hi, I am Omprakash Bind and I am a one of the Airtel's Customer who has been charged more bill again and again . You Guys have wived off many time but now I am really pissed off by Airtel services and Airtel customer support representative. Let me explain what exactly happened this time. I requested you to please convert my postpaid plan into prepaid. Still i will not get the prpoer and satisfactory service then will will definitely to portability chnange service.
