[Resolved]  Airtel — More than Full talktime offer! Rs.91=RS100

On 29/12/2014 i received an SMS in my mobile ([protected]), saying More than Full talktime offer Rs.91=Rs.100 talktime, 4 days on airtel. Then i recharged for Rs.91 and checked for balance, but i found only Rs.12.58 .And i received an SMS saying validity : 4 days Where as in the SMS it looks that offer is available for 4 days. There is no ward about validity in the Marketing or publicity or trikey SMS . Immediately i called customer care and said the SMS dos-not say about validity (there is no word as validity). Then i asked for at-least convert that special talk-time into some 2G Data PLAN, because i can not use Rs.25 talk time in a day (approximately Rs.750 per month), he said it cannot be possible .Ref.no.is CBNRV[protected] registered on 29/12/2014. Then after few minutes again i called the customer care and spoke to madam Rajashree and to her senior madam Mahalakshmi and said the SMS does not mentioned about validity directly, and asked for converting it to full talktime without validity, she said NO it cannot be done, then i asked for atlest conver it to Rs.75 full talk time without validity.She said NO.Then i said i will go for consumer court, then she said ok i can proceed. After that call i did not get any ticket number or reference number. But being a long time customer with you (many many years) i am writing this mail to you. I am 55 years old and find this being embarrassed.Business should be mutual and you should listen to your customer base for any marketing strategies. With my daily tight schedule balancing work and family time, stress etc.., i am sending this mail. Now it is up to you to decide about the compensation.
