[Resolved]  Airtel — Multiple payment issues

I have taken a new connection[protected]. It was activated from may 8th.
My plan - rs. 899 for net and rs 99 for unlimited calls.


Initially i paid rs. 1000 to the agent visited my site. I have the receipt for the same.

Then i received a bill for two days which was about 840 on may 14th. Then they reduced 500 rs which i had paid initially. Then they started to charge me another rs.100 in each month stating that i have paid only 500 at the time of connection. Even[protected] which was as the actual usage) was too much for 2 day. So i called up airtel and they agreed to pay me back rs 250 in the next bill. Call reference number is[protected].

From may 16th may my airtel line stopped working until 8th of june. So they gave me about 833 discount.

Now i have not received:
1. The 250 discount given me in the first month
2. The balance 500 (Note that out of rs.1000 paid airtel only credited only 500 in my first bill) i send airtel appellate authority the screen shot of the bill issued me. The bill had the name of the agent and his contact number. Still airtel says they are not able to track it and not giving me the balance 500.

Is it my fault if airtel has a such a poor tracking mechanism? Why should i held responsible for airtel's inefficiency.

The appellate authority will call me then will way they need some time and never calls me back. Now they stopped calling me.

I said i want to go for disconnection and they are not taking the disconnection request also.
