[Resolved] Airtel — Multiple Unfair Balance Deductions | |||
I recharged my prepaid number [protected] with a full talk time plan of 330rs on 24th august making my balance as 332.74 rs. I then recharged my number with a rs 39 2g Internet plan (200mb) of 7 days and also made 4 or 5 small calls. Upto 28th august my balance was more than rs 270. However around midnight of 28th august my balance was 0 WITHOUT ANY USE. My data plan expired 3 days after that on morning of 1st September. On 31st august I recharged again with 100rs and must have received 86 rs. The next day I used airtel *567# service and used 7 rs of my balance to get a 1 day 35 mb data plan, i.e. on 1st September and received its confirmation of activation message on 11:55pm. I started surfing at around an hour after receiving that confirmation message. However when I checked my balance it was just rs. 2.40. I checked my data usage using "last 5 transactions" of airtel *121# serivce but it was just around 4.5mb and I have not made any outgoing calls from before recharging so no balance should have been deducted. Please help me in this matter and refund my UNFAIRLY DEDUCTED balances of BOTH INSTANCES totaling "more than 350/-". Was this information helpful? | |||
