To whom it may concern: I am an airtel customer for the last few years. Many of my family members are also using airtel. 1, 2 years befor as per the Central Government instruction, I have submitted the ID proof for the second time. Unfortunately after that the mobile application is showing my name as “Abdul Aziz” instead of “Feroz Abdul Aziz”. This is a mistake from the staff who have entered the details in the system. I visited the airtel office in Kadavantra (Kochi) and raised a complaint while I needed a nano sim. But the staff over there informed that they are unable to help. I informed them that this is a mistake from your clerical staff. Hence I request you to please cross check the documents with you and do the needful for the correction.
