Airtel — No credit for prepaid transactions | |
I have made online recharge of 115 in my prepaid no [protected] but the credit was not received. I complained to airtel and they assured to come back in 2 hrs and the referance no was PRO82800229 THE REPLY WAS ON 28/9/2014 FEOM [protected]@in.airtel.com
Till now neither reply nor credit. again i rechargesd on31/8/14 under transaction id[protected] again there is no credt for Rs 115 and after recording my complaint there is neither acknowledgement of complaint nor reply
