[Resolved] Airtel — No deactivation of roaming, 3g service and addition of same in bill and late payment addition | |||||
Dear airtel, I sk gupta have a mobile connection with no [protected], i have been regularly paying my bills from last more than15yrs. recently in nov 2015 i opted for 3g service and roaming free service on this number. however i contacted the support team and asked for deactivation of the same services in jan 2016. customer support executive had confirmed that the service would be deactivated and i would not be charged for 3g and roaming in future. however the service was not deactivated and i was charged with extra charges of this service every month. i regularly call up support and they have asked me to pay bill less the services fee. but i dont know why i end up with late payment fee every month. now every month late payment fee add up to my bill. In this month june 2016 i again called upto support and your executive again said me to pay bill of rs 693/- only out of my total bill. i am worried i would again be charged with late payment fee and extra services charge for the next month this is causing addition every month to my bill.. this is really a poor service from airtel i have a vodafone connection and have never faced such issues with them. airtel should check and update service act/deactivation request promptly. I want my bill to be adjusted to zero as i have paid the amount said by your support team i. e. rs-693/-. i have the recording of the conversation i had with your executive, i can fwd the same as well. please look into the matter Thanks Regards Shyamkumar gupta Was this information helpful? | |||||

the same thing repeated this month added late bill payment as expected. worst service provider. instead of showing towers kindly solve customer problems.
