Airtel — No functioning of network | |||
Dear Sir, I have taken Airtel 4G connection on 29 th August. It was found that there is no 4G coverage in our area. I have lodged a complaint with Airtel. They could not provide 4G with hotspot . Then they tell me to take OD/ ID unit. after which I was getiing network. It took around three weeks but they make me to pay for 4G for that period. Now again since last few days tthere is no internet access and after complaint I have been told that due to system proble it will take 4/5 days to resolve the problem. I have surredered my broad band due to airtel connection and now I am totally cut off from internet. Airtel customer care person is very rude to say 4 days is as per our SLA.
