Airtel — No incoming calls

My friends have suggested me to move from Docomo bcz of network issue to airtel. So I requested for MNP.. Yesterday the network of old Sim disconnected and I inserted new airtel Sim and I did 59059. After that till now I'm not receiving any calls.. I tried calling 121 but its waste of time.. So I put online complaint on airtel website.. I will attach the screen shot of complaint. Still now No incoming calls from Airtel numbers.. You may check My number: [protected] Here my simple question to airtel: 1) Do airtel provides no incoming calls for MNP customers? 2) I'm a bussines men I will attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss? 3) No reply No Calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do you really have any concern for cuatomers? 4) Let me suggest shall I move to old network? From last 3 months I am frequently getting problems of incoming calls. I am not receiving any incoming calls from last few months and sometimes it suddenly starts working.

But from the last 2 weeks it stopped all incoming call and have not received any call on my airtel number.

I have tried to contact customer care but every time (I have called & informed my issue to them total 5 times now) they tell me the problem will resolve soon, but no action nor any return call I have received from customer care so far.

My address is 40, Kasturba Ashram Road, Ulubari, Near ISKCON Temple, Guwahati 781007.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Your network has least care and responsibilty, i m facing same problem from 2 weeks. Its timewaste and money waste to port to this network. Literally daily 2-3 times i begging people and calling ur people. And yet no responce and no work done.
Fed upwith all this, i may loose my job because i[censored]r irresponsibilty. Never expected this from big network like yours. Better stop telling people and making beleive them that yours network is best.
First try to solve issues and problems people have.
How come we be wid out calls and messages.
Outgoimg is activated coz we have to pay bill right? U dont care weather your customer is fine not .
Stop showing off which doesnt exist in ur network.!
I'm also facing the same problem with Airtel 4G. sometimes I'm not receiving incoming calls, and sometimes its ok.. I'm a bussines men I have to attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss?. There is no response from the Airtel customer support.. What a situation..
I have been raising the same complaint to airtel since once month but my problem not yet solved.I raised these problem to customer care for 3 times and also i went personally to airtel customer care service center 4 times but but its waste of time.

Advertising as one of the fastest network in India but providing stupidity service to the customers.

I also having same issue since i moved to Airtel, whenever we complain the only reply we get is, we will resolve as soon as possible. But nothing happens. This is happening since day one and no resolution yet.

Hi Guys,

I am facing network signal issue where I could not make/receive a call to my airtel Mobile number.
Encountering with - " out of service area" when somone tries to call me
I am unable to make call as well.
Logged a complaint but till now no response.
Have you ever faced similar issue before.if yes, please suggest some solution as these these AIRTEL Customer representatives also seems to be not much confident on the solution.
Is Mobile port a better solution? If yes please suggest some better network to this?

No incomming calls...my waranty replacement cancelled...i am using 448 unlimited pack in roaming in Ponda, Goa.

Hi guys,

I am facing the same problem in airtel since the very first day when my sim is activated . I am not able to receive incoming calls neither I am able to receive messages on my sim.whenever someone calls me they encounter with 'number does not exist' but outing and data connection works perfectly fine.
I compliant several times to their customer care even visited the airtel store from where I bought the sim but every time they gave me a silly answer they will resolve as soon as possible . When I requested them to deactivate my sim they told me u have do a verification for the same before deactivation as ur no. Is add on number to ur parent sim as it is in family plan.

Airtel Seriously ?? This kinds of service u provide to your customers ??

I am also facing same issue ( i received msg from air tel side we should pay 23 rs for incoming calls) after paying only we can receive calls until we can't receive any incoming calls... why we should pay amount for incoming calls? and more than again we should recharge for outgoing calla for monthly monthly right?
3 months back only i ported from docomo to Airtel...No problem again ill change my network from aitrel to voda something other network...
I'm also facing the same issue with Airtel. I have made complaint about this with Airtel but they are not yet responded with solution. I have been facing lot of problem in my profession & personal life. I'm thinking off port to another network if they will not come up with proper reason and commitment to solve the issue. How TRAI is not taking any action against this kind of continuous negligence! My Airtel number is [protected].
I am not receiving any incoming call or message from last 2-3 days though outgoing call and internet are ok.I have complained 2-3 times to customer care and they tell they will solve my problem in 1 hours but it has been a long time my problem is not solved yet .So my humble request to solve my problem immediately otherwise I have to Port this number to another service
