Airtel — No proper response. | |||
Hello, I have been in Airtel for the past 3-4 years . I went to the Airtel showroom which is located in Okkiampet. Which is the worst Airtel showroom ever. They dont have any politeness towards the customers which is not expected from an reputed telecom service. Take it as a feedback. Kindly teach them what has to be done in an Airtel showroom. I asked them what are the documents needed for getting a new VIP postpaid connection. They say it is not available and they dont know anything about the documents needed and stuff. I felt there was no use of me going to the Airtel showroom and came out and called the customer care at 121. They also didnt know anything about the documents needed for it and asking me to go to other airtel showroom just for a normal information. At last I had to mail to 121. This is so annoying. I have traveled almost 60kms just for this in the hot climate. I request you to let me know the documents needed for the VIP number. I shall quit airtel if this is how you going to treat your customers. This is not the first time I have been to that showroom. Thanks Elias TIME IS MONEY.
