Airtel — No Proper response in customer care | |||
I am using airtel prepaid sim for last 6 months. I had recharged 1 week net card. I used that facility one or two days. I used to that for browsing only. But, I was charged from main balance in third day. I did not that much amount of data.I had called customer care for getting reason to charge amount from my main balance. But, that customer care executive not responded me properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
