[Resolved] Airtel — No solution provided complaint no [protected]

i had made a complaint on 22 aug regarding voice craking i area. complaint no [protected]. Also made few more complaints on 1 st sept and 9 sept. also wrote a mail to Airtel regarding this voice cracking. till date i have not received any call from the complay nor they are will to resolve the issue. the customer care team of airtel only try to ignore the cuatomer rather than resloving the issued, i feel this customer care i a DUMMY process of airtel. you are requested to make an action towards them so that the customer could not get suffer. attached heerwith the request of written complaint Doc.
