Airtel — Nobody is entertaining my complaint | |||
I launched a complaint with Airtel customer care and nobody is interested in solving. My complaint is about network issue and One Time Password (OTP). When I was Airte pre paid user, there was no problem in receiving OTP. From banks and others. A month ago I switched to post paid connection. Since then I'm unable to receive any OTP. A launched a complaint, took follow up for 2 weeks. Every time I used to call Customer care, executives used to commit me to provide solution in few hours. My last call to 198 was 18 days ago. No one has called me to date. Second complaint was regarding network issue. In my office everybody has Airtel postpaid connection. But only with me connection used to get dropped for 3-4 seconds while I'm on call. I changed mobile. Problem was still there. I launched a complaint for that as well. Customer care executive said technical team will call you in 24 hours. As I said above is been 18 days to my last call to 198 Was this information helpful? | |||
