[Resolved] Airtel — Non receipt of calls | |||
I have been a customer of Airtel from the time I owned a mobile phone and my mobile number is [protected]. Of late I notice that I never receive the calls made to my phone. Even when I keep the mobile next to my land line phone and give a call to my airtel number it says out of range or busy etc..etc.. After a few minutes I get a message saying I had a missed call and requests me to call back. Now I wonder if the company is resorting to some unethical business practices. I hope you will take some steps to rectify this if not I and my family members will be forced to change the service provider Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir,
I did get a call from one of your executives and I clarified the problem I have been facing.
Till today the problem remains unsolved.
In fact half an hour ago my son tried to get in touch with me on my mobile phone from my home land line number for some emergency for almost 8 times, but he was not able to get me on line.
He received message that my phone was out of range, where as I was very much in office and my phone was not engaged.
After some time I get a message that I have 8 missed calls from my home number.
I begin to feel that this is an unethical practice you resort to so that I call back on that number which is other than an airtel number.
My doubt is all the more compounded because when some one calls from an airtel number I get connected and when the call is from a non-airtel number, it does not get connected.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and address my complaint.
